Executive, Sales, and Social Media Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. This is a full-time hybrid role for a Designer and Executive Assistant located in Omaha, NE with some work-from-home flexibility. The role supports the executive team with design, communications, project management, scheduling, and administrative duties.

Responsibilities

  • Design graphic materials using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Coordinate schedules and manage communications for the CEO and executive team
  • Support project management and team operations
  • Assist with administrative duties, including calendar management and correspondence

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Strong schedule management and administrative support skills
  • Experience with project management tools and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Administrative Support, or related field
