- Coordinate schedules and manage communications for the CEO and executive team
- Support project management and team operations
- Assist with administrative duties, including calendar management and correspondence
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong schedule management and administrative support skills
- Experience with project management tools and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Administrative Support, or related field
