The role demands a strategic sales leader with a proven track record in data centers, cloud infrastructure, or real estate platform environments, and the ability to close complex, multi-million-dollar deals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical requirements, be an exceptional communicator, and have the drive to lead a U.S. market expansion from the ground up.
Applicants for this executive position should have at least 15 years of experience in sales leadership, with a focus on the data center, cloud infrastructure, or real estate sectors. The role requires expertise in closing large deals with hyperscale cloud providers and global tech enterprises, as well as a strong background in launching new market strategies.
