About the Role BambooHR's Expansion Sales team helps our customers unlock even more value by connecting them with the right tools at the right time. As an Expansion Sales Development Representative (EDR), you'll play a key role in identifying and qualifying growth opportunities within our existing customer base. This is a high-energy, client-facing role that requires strong communication, curiosity, and a passion for helping others succeed. What You'll Do Proactively identify and qualify sales opportunities within existing customer accounts Connect qualified leads to the Expansion Sales team to drive continued customer success Develop a deep understanding of BambooHR's product suite to confidently educate clients, build urgency, and uncover new opportunities Conduct outbound outreach via phone and email to generate interest in additional tools and services Collaborate with team members to meet both personal and team quotas, contributing to pipeline growth Work full-time, Monday through Friday, from either 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 7:00 AM–4:00 PM—no nights or weekends!
