Responsibilities
Contact and create appointments from leads via phone, email, chat or text
Perform vehicle demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
Enter information in our CRM product to ensure proper future follow-up
Use CRM product for all customer contact and interactions, therefore keeping the BDC staff up-to-date on customers’ current status
Use CRM retention tool to effectively communicate with customers that may be in a buying position and solicit their business
Create and maintain excellent relationships with our customers
Conduct business in a variety of traditional and non-traditional methods, such as email, telephone, in-person appointments, and others
Work with management to finalize sales, obtain financing for potential clients, and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
Proven customer service experience, including CSI
Automotive Sales experience required
Superior communication and customer service skills
Excellent follow-through skills
Excellent multi-tasking skills
Self-motivated team player
Maintaining a positive, can-do attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $125,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
