Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers who enter the dealership

Guide customers through the decision-making process by listening carefully to their needs and asking questions

Build relationships with customers to enhance the sales process and provide exceptional service

Explain product features, performance, and benefits to prospective buyers

Report directly to the Sales Manager, including progress reports, activity updates, and analyses

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of sales experience (automotive experience required)

Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

Strong communication and customer service skills

High energy and enthusiasm throughout the workday

Ability to handle objections and negotiate pricing

Must maintain a professional appearance

Ability and interest in mentoring and training new sales associates once you gain experience
