We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager with a STRONG Finance background to lead, train, and hold accountable a growing sales team. This individual will play a critical role in maximizing dealership profitability through structured deal desking, effective menu presentations of finance and protection products, and proactive involvement throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Desk deals with precision to ensure both profitability and customer satisfaction.

  • Conduct menu presentations and effectively present finance, warranty, and protection products.

  • Stay involved in deals from the first pencil through delivery, ensuring compliance and profitability.

  • Train, motivate, and coach sales staff to improve performance and product penetration.

  • Hold team members accountable to dealership processes, sales goals, and compliance standards.

  • Collaborate with upper management to set monthly/quarterly objectives and strategies for growth.

  • Monitor backend performance and ensure finance products are presented consistently to every customer.

  • Lead by example with a hands-on, “in the deal” approach.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in automotive finance, desking, or sales management.

  • Proven track record of backend product sales and profitability.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, develop, and hold a team accountable.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Detail-oriented with a compliance-first mindset.

  • Desire to grow into higher levels of management within the dealership group.
