We’re a boutique family law firm with a bold vision for growth, and we’re looking for a Sales & Client Relations Specialist who’s ready to be on the front lines with us.
This isn’t a passive intake role. This is a performance-driven, people-first position designed for someone who knows how to lead conversations, connect with purpose, and convert potential into impact.
YOUR MISSION:
Be the first trusted voice potential clients hear. Guide them from uncertainty to clarity. Help them see the value of partnering with our firm—and walk beside them as they take that first, life-changing step.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Conduct powerful, in-depth consultations (in-person preferred, phone/Zoom acceptable)
Show genuine empathy while maintaining the ability to lead and close the conversation
Sell the firm’s legal services by communicating value, not just price
Follow a proven consultative sales structure (with room to evolve and improve our systems)
Convert qualified leads into signed clients with paid retainers
Transition clients smoothly to the legal team post-retention
Maintain ongoing relationships with clients and past clients to fuel referrals and long-term trust
Own your CRM pipeline daily—track all PNCs, progress, referrals, and conversions
Participate in continued testing of sales scripts and client experience systems

REQUIREMENTS:
Proven success in consultative sales (legal experience is a plus, not a requirement)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Comfort working flexible hours—including occasional evenings/weekends if needed (remote flexibility provided)
Strong follow-through on tasks and accountability for KPIs

COMPENSATION:
Full-time position
Base salary plus performance-based bonuses
Significant calendar autonomy with a supportive team structure

Compensation: $110,000+ yearly based on performance.
Responsibilities: WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Lead powerful, trust-building consultations—ideally in person, though Zoom or phone may be used when necessary
Navigate emotionally charged conversations with empathy and control, guiding prospects toward decisive action
Sell the value of our legal services—not just the price—by highlighting outcomes, expertise, and peace of mind
Follow our proven consultative sales framework while contributing ideas to evolve and optimize it
Consistently convert qualified leads into retained clients with paid retainers
Seamlessly transition new clients to the legal team for a smooth onboarding experience
Nurture relationships with current and past clients to drive referrals, reviews, and long-term loyalty
Diligently manage your CRM daily—logging every lead, step, conversion, and referral with accuracy
Actively engage in testing and refining scripts, workflows, and the overall client experience
