High Paced Sales Environment! At Brett Lackey Farmers Insurance you will not be responsible for developing your own leads. We run a small high paced call center where leads are bought and worked throughout the week. The agency provides key sales trainings that are developed by the Top Farmers Agent in the Midwest. His boot camp will train a candidate with little or no sales experience into a seasoned professional in little time!

Responsibilities
  • Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
  • Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships.
  • Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
  • Presents and explains insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals.

Requirements
  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
  • Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
  • Must be highly self-motivated.
  • Professional phone etiquette.
  • A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
  • A Life & Health Insurance license is required.
  • Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
  • Driven and goal-oriented individual.
