Our agency is seeking a Customer Sales and Service Representative to join our team and will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while promoting and selling insurance products. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a passion for helping people.

Responsibilities *Meet new business production goals and objectives as established. *Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales. *Process customer policy change requests. *Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up. * cross-sell and upsell *Take premium payments from customers. *Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements. *Generating insurance quotes. *Develop and maintain client relationships. *Cold call, direct email and perform other lead generation activities. *Attend training and continuing education courses/in person and virtual. *Handle customer renewals.

Requirement Must be able to obtain the property and casualty/life & disability license. Training and licensing assistance will be provided. at least one year of prior customer service experience A strong commitment to providing top-notch client services and enhancing the customer experience.
