Responsibilities Meet new business production goals and objectives as established. Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales. Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products. Return all phone messages promptly. Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements. Maintain knowledge of new products and services. Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources. Provide exceptional customer service and support. Be outstanding at relationship building. Cold call, direct email and perform other lead generation activities.
Requirement Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable. Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency. Create relationships from a cold start. Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills. Prior Sales Experience. A Property & Casualty insurance license is required. A Life & Health Insurance license is required.
