In this role, you will actively prospect, develop leads, and close insurance sales while educating clients on their options. • Prospect and generate new leads through various channels (e.g., networking, referrals, online leads, cold calling)
• Consult with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge.

• Active Property & Casualty and/or Life insurance license (or ability to obtain)
• Prior sales experience is preferred (insurance, retail, customer service)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and coachable
• Proficient with computers and CRM systems
• Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus
