We are looking for a driven Insurance Producer to join our team, blending sales and customer service to build strong client relationships and meet their insurance needs. This role requires a motivated self-starter who can thrive under pressure, close deals, and support clients effectively.

Hands on Training

• Handle inbound and outbound client calls to understand needs and offer solutions
• Provide detailed information about insurance products and services
• Guide clients through the insurance application process
• Close sales effectively, meeting or exceeding monthly targets
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Collaborate with the team to resolve client issues quickly
• Maintain accurate records and client data
• Attend ongoing training and licensing requirements

• 1 of either Property & Casualty or Life & Health Insurance license in California
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual in Spanish or Chinese and English (verbal and written)
• Active drivers license
• Clean criminal record (no felony or misdemeanor)
• Computer savvy with ability to manage CRM and digital tools
• Must live within a 12-mile radius of the office
• Strong phone communication skills and sales aptitude
• No unpaid loans or bankruptcies
