• Generate new leads through outbound calls, networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns
• Develop and maintain client relationships while providing outstanding customer service
• Assess customer needs to recommend the right insurance solutions
• Prepare and present competitive quotes for home, auto, life, and other insurance products
• Manage renewals and follow-ups to ensure continued client satisfaction
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics

• Preferred: Property & Casualty (P&C) License (training provided if not yet licensed)
• Preferred: Life & Health License (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales experience is a plus but not required well train the right candidate
• Self-motivated, organized, and driven to achieve success
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a huge plus
