Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound client calls to understand needs and offer solutions
- Provide detailed information about insurance products and services
- Guide clients through the insurance application process
- Close sales effectively, meeting or exceeding monthly targets
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with the team to resolve client issues quickly
- Maintain accurate records and client data
- Attend ongoing training and licensing requirements
Requirements
- 1 of either Property & Casualty or Life & Health Insurance license in California (Both Preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual in English and One other languaged preferred(verbal and written)
- Active drivers license
- Computer savvy with ability to manage CRM and digital tools
- Must live within a 12-mile radius of the office
- Strong phone communication skills and sales aptitude
