Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound client calls to understand needs and offer solutions
  • Provide detailed information about insurance products and services
  • Guide clients through the insurance application process
  • Close sales effectively, meeting or exceeding monthly targets
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve client issues quickly
  • Maintain accurate records and client data
  • Attend ongoing training and licensing requirements

Requirements
  • 1 of either Property & Casualty or Life & Health Insurance license in California (Both Preferred)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual in English and One other languaged preferred(verbal and written)
  • Active drivers license
  • Computer savvy with ability to manage CRM and digital tools
  • Must live within a 12-mile radius of the office
  • Strong phone communication skills and sales aptitude
