We are seeking a passionate, self-driven, natural born salesperson with a desire to make a

difference in peoples lives. You will be part of a team helping grow sales in the agency office by

offering products people need for security and peace of mind. You will pursue and respond to

requests and needs of prospective and current clients. You will be trained to act as a consultant

for families and businesses, evaluating needs and recommending the most appropriate

insurance products.

Responsibilities
  • Present and explain insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals.
  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established with your Agent.
  • Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources that are provided by your Agent.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
  • Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
  • Maintain knowledge of new products.

Requirements
  • Work in a Farmers Insurance Agency Office: Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 5:30 pm
  • Possess active TX General Lines or Personal Property & Casualty Insurance license
  • Active General Lines Life, Accident & Health license is preferred but not required for hire
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
  • Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
  • Great customer service skills.
