In this role, youll work closely with warm leads, craft coverage solutions, and close new business. Our agency offers a laid-back but high-performing environment, complete with strong mentorship, modern tools, and a clear path for career advancement.

• Base salary starts at $36,000
• First-year earning potential: $52,000-$72,000

• Make outbound/inbound calls to new leads and follow up with prospects
• Create accurate and timely insurance quotes
• Present and sell policies to new clients
• Ensure paperwork is completed and signed correctly
• Follow up consistently using tasks in our CRM

• Licensed in P&C and/or Life/Health Insurance
• Comfortable and confident speaking on the phone
• Strong communication and follow-through skills
• Spanish fluency is a plus, but not required
• Coachable, organized, and tech-savvy
• Eager to grow with a newer, success-driven agency
