Job Overview Rafael Lumber & Building Supply is seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Sales Representative - Doors and Windows to join our Sales & Client Relations team. If you have experience helping contractors and home owners choose the right door and window solutions-and love working in a fast-paced retail and contractor sales environment-this is your chance to thrive in a key role at Marin County's most complete building supply company.

Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, and homeowners.- Conduct outside sales calls and site visits to grow customer base and expand accounts.- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on lumber, doors, and other building materials.- Prepare and follow up on quotes and sales orders.- Stay informed about new products, trends, and construction industry developments.- Support customer satisfaction by ensuring timely communication and quality service.- Collaborate with inside sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless project support.
Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in outside or inside sales, preferably in the building materials or hardware industry.- Strong knowledge of lumber, doors, and construction-related products.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.- Ability to work independently and develop strategies to grow business in new territory.- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.- Ability to read blueprints or construction drawings is a plus.- Bachelor's degree preferred.- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
