About the Role
As a Field Sales Executive in the Maersk Ground Freight LTL team,you’ll play a key role in growing our customer base and delivering strategic logistics solutions to customers. You’ll have the opportunity to leverage Maersk’s global footprint and diverse product portfolio to drive results, while collaborating with local, national, and global teams. Who We’re Looking For We recognize that experience comes in many forms. If you don’t meet every qualification, we still encourage you to apply. 4+ years of proven sales success preferred, either in ground transportation logistics orfreight forwarding.
Strong customerfocus with a track recordof meeting or exceeding sales targets
Highly organized,with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Analytical and solutions-oriented mindset, particularly with complex supply chain challenges
Experience using Salesforce
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree is a plus
Compensation & Benefits Base salary Range: $80,000- $100,000 USD*
Commission: Paid quarterly, based on gross profit performance with no cap
Car allowance provided to support customer travel needs

*The stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary and may be adjusted based on market conditions, experience, and location.
