Summary KAYALI is looking for a dynamic Field Sales Manager to lead our Americas Field Sales Team. In this pivotal role, you will drive sales performance, elevate brand visibility, and foster consumer engagement through exceptional education, events, and in-store training across Sephora locations. You’ll empower the Field Sales Team with the tools and knowledge needed to boost sell-through and deliver an outstanding customer experience, while building strong, collaborative relationships with Sephora store teams and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development Drive brand rank and market share growth within brick-and-mortar retail accounts through strategic field execution and cross-functional marketing alignment. Collaborate on region-specific business strategies that enable scalable, profitable expansion. Establish by-door sales targets and tactical plans aligned with top-line goals and regional performance insights. Team Leadership & Development Lead, mentor, and empower a high-performing Field Sales team to exceed performance expectations. Design and implement efficient call cycles and door visit strategies, with a focus on high-potential growth opportunities. Partner with HR, Education, and internal stakeholders to develop infrastructure and tools that attract, support, and retain top field talent. Cultivate a strong internal culture rooted in KAYALI’s core values. Monitor shifts in consumer behavior, competitive activity, and market trends to ensure team agility and informed decision-making. Promote a feedback-driven environment with retail partners and internal teams, prioritizing continuous learning and capability-building. Retail Execution & Operations Oversee flawless execution of retail initiatives across the field, ensuring brand consistency, excellence, and alignment with KAYALI’s DNA. Build and nurture strong relationships with retail partners to drive in-store visibility, education, and consumer engagement. Collaborate cross-functionally with Education, Marketing, and Supply Chain to address field and door-level needs. Manage retail budgets, including T&E, freelance support, and event activations, with a focus on ROI. Continuously assess account performance and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions and optimize business outcomes. Performance Management Conduct regular team check-ins, market visits, and performance reviews to drive accountability and growth. Deliver timely, actionable business recaps, market insights, and competitive intelligence to internal stakeholders. Ensure adherence to visual merchandising and operational standards across all retail locations. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in the cosmetics/skincare industry with field sales leadership and account management experience. Proven success managing retail teams in a premium beauty environment (SEPHORA experience preferred). Proven business acumen with a strong ability to analyze data and translate insights into impactful strategies. Track record of developing and executing strategic plans that consistently achieve or surpass sales targets. Outstanding leadership, communication, and relationship-building capabilities. Exceptionally organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to shifting deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
