About the Role As a Field Sales Manager, you’ll lead a high-performing in-home sales team focused on delivering exceptional experiences and driving revenue. You’ll coach and motivate reps, manage performance, and ensure sales goals are consistently exceeded. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of in-home design consultants
Set and track individual and team sales goals
Conduct ride-alongs, deliver sales coaching, and drive performance improvement plans
Monitor and report team performance and KPIs
Guide the team through contract negotiation, pricing, and closing techniques
Represent the brand and promote products during in-home consultations
Occasionally run your own sales appointments when needed
Key Qualifications Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Experience leading and coaching field-based or in-home sales teams
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Comfortable with in-home selling and working in variable weather conditions
Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs.
Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Includes regular travel within the region and occasional evening/weekend appointments
