Field Sales Marketing Manager

The Field Sales Marketing Manager will support the Regional Sales team day-to-day. They will provide strategic guidance and marketing support for our broker and distribution networks. The candidate must be a highly organized, self-motivated individual who thrives in dynamic environments and communicates effectively. Essential Functions: Work directly with regional sales team, supporting them and their customers' needs
Create sales sheets and presentations to drive action and results
Assist in the development of yearly business reviews
Develop merchandising materials for small chain and independent coffee shops
Develop incentive programs for our distributor partners
Assure broker team has access to all assets and training materials
Manage the bi-yearly seasonal Merchandising Kit program
Act as project manager and collaborate with in-house graphic team on design pieces
Participate in customer meetings presenting on products, flavor trends, and menu opportunities
Conduct facility tours
Job Requirements: 5 years relevant experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to work positively and collaboratively with a variety of people and departments Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure, juggle multiple priorities and stick to deadlines Exemplary proofing and editing skills with superb attention to detail Some domestic travel may be required which may include travel on some evenings and weekends (based on specific requests from sales team) Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Food and beverage experience preferred B2B experience a plus What We Offer— Because Monin hires the best people, we work hard to offer our employees benefits that improve their lives.
