Responsibilities Engage with potential customers through in-person meetings and community events. Conduct thorough assessments of customers’ roofing needs and provide expert recommendations. Develop and execute a personal sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets. Utilize CRM software to track leads, follow-ups, and sales conversions effectively. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the sales process and ensure customer satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to effectively position RoofClaim’s services. Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with diverse customers. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple leads and priorities simultaneously. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to enhance sales productivity.
