Job Description
City + close-in suburbs, mapped routes, scripts, and weekly incentives. OTE $40–60k+.
Execute in-person residential sales within assigned neighborhoods using mapped routes, provided scripts, and warm leads. Estimated on-target earnings: $40,000 to $60,000+ per year, with weekly incentive opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Combine scheduled warm/hot leads with targeted neighborhood canvassing to generate and close sales on-site.
- Use provided scripts and coaching to guide homeowners through options for internet, TV, mobile, energy, or solar services; demonstrate products and present pricing on a tablet to accelerate closes.
- Perform brief needs assessments, complete sales in person, and document activity and results in the CRM the same day.
- Follow a defined field workflow, meet daily door goals before switching zones, and record metrics (doors/visits, demos, closes).
- Coordinate installations and activations and transition customers to support teams as required.
- Participate in weekly in-office meetings for coaching, leaderboard updates, and territory planning.
Qualifications:
- Strong face-to-face communication skills and persistence in field sales.
- Willingness to follow scripts, handle objections, and adhere to repeatable processes; coachable attitude.
- Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a smartphone with a data plan.
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
Compensation and advancement: commission-based pay with a paid training bonus and a structured ramp including shadowing and ride-alongs; uncapped commissions with weekly and monthly bonus opportunities and a clear path to team lead or manager-in-training roles.
