Performance-Based Compensation

This is a full-time, W-2 outside sales representative position. You'll receive a base training wage plus uncapped commission and bonuses. Average earnings range from $150,000 to $250,000 annually—with top performers reaching $350K+.

About the Role

In this sales role, you will:

• Learn product lines and develop expert presentation skills

• Present, negotiate, and close in-home sales contracts

• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience

• Receive mentorship and coaching from sales leaders

• Work a flexible schedule including evenings, Saturdays, and occasional Sundays

Key Qualifications

• Positive, outgoing, and persuasive personality

• Prior experience in hospitality, real estate, solar, or in-home sales a plus

• High self-motivation and goal orientation

• Comfortable speaking confidently in front of others

• Strong work ethic and adaptable mindset

• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required
