This is a full-time, W-2 outside sales representative position. Your role will be to develop relationships with prospective and existing customers. Average annual earnings are between $150,000 to $250,000 per year, and top performers make upwards of $350K.

About the Role
Learn our product lines, presentation, and negotiation skills
Work closely with leadership and mentors to reach milestones
Consistently apply effort and maintain a positive attitude to meet sales goals
Promote company products and services
Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts
Provide top-tier customer experience
Work full schedule, including evenings, Saturdays, and occasional Sundays
Key Qualifications
Positivity, flexibility, determination, and persuasive personality
Experience in hospitality, food and beverage, mortgage, real estate, solar, or B2C sales is a plus
Ambition, self-motivation, and self-discipline
Willingness to learn and adapt
Public speaking confidence and poise
Approachable demeanor
Own reliable vehicle with valid driver’s license
