Key Highlights of the Role:

JOB SUMMARY

As a Sales Professional at Reimagine Roofing, you’ll be responsible for closing deals. If you’re a closer, this role is for you. You’ll have the opportunity to earn a base salary plus uncapped commissions, meaning your earning potential is directly tied to your performance. Leads will be

provided on a regular basis.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Conducting digital consultations to assess homeowner needs and provide roofing solutions.

· Closing deals and hitting/exceeding monthly sales targets.

· Educating homeowners on the roofing process, materials, and financing options.

· Following up with leads and maintaining strong customer relationships.

· Additional Duties As Assigned

REQUIRED: QUALIFICATIONS

· Proven experience in sales (roofing or home improvement sales a plus).

· Strong communication and negotiation skills.

· Ability to work independently and stay motivated.

· A hunter mentality with a passion for closing deals.

· Commitment to generating referrals to drive new business.

· A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
