RESPONSIBLITIES & DUTIES

* Inspect and document homes for storm restoration

* Measure home exteriors and assess damages for restoration

* Create lead generation for new prospects via business-to-business

* Go door-to-door talking to neighbors

* Help customers navigate through the sales process

* Run company leads

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000 - $250,000 per year

Benefits:

* Flexible schedule

Schedule:

* 8-hour shift

* Monday to Friday

* Weekends as needed

Supplemental Pay:

* Bonus opportunities

Experience:

* Outside sales: 1 year (Preferred)

$100,000+ Responsibilities:

* Present a win-win solution for the prospect, negotiate sales contract specifics, and close deals

* Secure new deals and target buyers quickly, give them the information they need to envision our brand and close deals efficiently

* Create a competitive analysis, identify industry and product trends, and position our brand as the clear and obvious choice

* Pinpoint and overcome potential obstacles such as competition, pain points, budgets, and timelines by qualifying your prospective customers quickly and thoroughly

* Exceed monthly and quarterly revenue expectations and meet sales and lead generating activities goals to ensure future business

Qualifications:

* Prefer a minimum of 2+ years in outside sales experience

* You love talking and meeting with prospects, presenting to them, closing the deal, and asking for referrals

* A consistent top performer in sales

* High school diploma required and some industry or product knowledge preferred

* You are an organized, detail and deadline-oriented self-starter who loves contributing your team's goals
