As a Field Trainer & Sales Representative , you will guide clients through insurance solutions and also support and train team members to succeed. This role is perfect for someone who values structure, consistency, and being a dependable resource for both clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct group presentations and one-on-one consultations
* Build and manage a personal book of business
* Mentor and train new team members, providing guidance and clear direction
* Follow up on leads, maintain client relationships, and ensure consistent service

Compensation: $85,000 - $105,000 per year with draw pay, commissions, and bonuses as an independent contractor
