Field Sales Representative – High-Growth Opportunity

$75K–$130K+ First Year | Paid Training | Uncapped Commissions | $500 Hiring Bonus

As a Business Development Representative, you’ll help small-to-midsize businesses upgrade to Frontier’s cutting-edge fiber-optic internet—rated #1 in 2025. This is a high-impact, face-to-face sales role in the field with real earning potential.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Meet 40–50 local business owners daily in your community - leads assigned to your pipeline
• Pitch Frontier Fiber (New to Market Place) #1 in nation for dedicated true fiber – blazing speeds, lower costs, no contracts, professional install at no cost including equipment
• Close deals. Build trust. Make money.
• Track success in CRM & plan your turf


Who We Want:

• Confident communicator & natural closer
• Previous sales or high-touch customer service experience
• Multiply Territories - New Haven, Bridgeport, Hartford, New London, Milford and more opening
• Valid license & insured vehicle
• Background check / Drug Test compliant
