The Final Mile/Logistics Support Representative will assist the GE Appliances Final Mile (Local Delivery) Agents by resolving issues and answering questions related to GE Appliances shipments, orders, and inventory.
This position will use Oracle EBS, Salesforce, GEA Delivers and excel. Daily work could include taking phone calls, answering emails, and working reports provided via Excel and GEA Delivers (internal web-based application). Cross functional communication with carriers, final mile delivery agents and other GEA employees to resolve issues with shipping or inventory will occur daily. Position

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Job responsibilities will contain a portion of the following processes:
Manually correct shipment issues using Oracle EBS and a web based internal application (GEA Delivers)
Manually correct order issues that affect delivery completion. Including inventory issues, line issues and cancellations reported by delivery agents and by proactively working exception reports.
Answer phone calls and emails from the GE Appliances Final Mile Delivery Network to resolve issues and answer questions related to GE Appliances and non-GE Appliances vendor shipments.
Provide GEA Delivers/Salesforce technology support to GE Appliances Delivery Agents.
Support Final Mile/Local Delivery Network with training and questions regarding Oracle processes and the upcoming Salesforce tool.
Back up other areas of the team as needed.
What You'll Bring to Our Team
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years relevant experience or Associates/Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 1 year relevant experience.
Proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Web Based applications
Strong communication skills, both oral and written
Demonstrates Clear Thinker and External Focus as strengths
Process focused and has proven record of resolving issues in a fast-paced environment
Capable of multi-tasking and executing with strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficient in MS Excel and Web Based applications
Previous experience in order service, sales, transportation, or logistics
Previous business experience with Oracle EBS and Salesforce tools
Familiarity with GE Appliances inventory processes.
IT Requirements:
Reliable, high-speed internet connection with at least 30mb download speed - cable or fiber (NO dial-up, satellite or cellular hotspots).
Smartphone with Android OS or iPhone for user authentication (you will not be taking calls on your personal cell phone).
Working Conditions:
Position is a remote (work from home) position where you must have a distraction free area to set up a full-time (40 hour) dedicated workspace.
Preferred to be within the Louisville KY area for occasional onsite meetings at Appliance Park
