Key Responsibilities:
Guide customers through the vehicle selection and purchase process
Build trust and rapport through transparent communication and product knowledge
Assist in preparing sales paperwork and financing options
Learn to present and see F&I products
Meet and exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals
Participate in ongoing training and mentorship for F&I certification
What we are looking for:
Passion for customer service and sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Prior automotive sales experience required
Valid driver's license with clean driving history
