Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective account management and territory management strategies. Conduct outside sales activities to generate leads and drive business development initiatives. Engage in direct sales efforts, including cold calling and product demonstrations, to showcase financial products and services. Utilize CRM software to track client interactions, manage sales pipelines, and analyze performance metrics. Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that enhance lead generation efforts. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction. Upsell additional products or services based on client needs and market trends. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry trends and best practices. Skills Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory sales. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. Excellent customer service orientation with a focus on relationship building. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce for managing client information and sales activities. Ability to analyze data and provide insights for strategic decision-making. Experience in technical sales or technology sales is a plus. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective presentations and product demos. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
