The Field Sales and Marketing Representative acts as the frontline ambassador for the beverage brand, driving sales, building relationships with accounts, and executing high-impact marketing activities across assigned territories. This position is hands-on, focused on both sales and brand-building at retail and hospitality locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospects for new business and manages existing accounts, targeting bars, restaurants, grocery stores, liquor stores, and other retail outlets to grow product placement and distribution. - Develops and implements creative in-store/venue promotions and merchandising programs that drive sales and strengthen brand visibility. - Monitors stock levels, manages orders, and provides feedback on product performance and market trends to internal teams. - Attends trade shows, industry events, and brand activations in assigned territories.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or a related field preferred. - 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in beverages or consumables. - Strong relationship-building and communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to manage time, routes, and priorities independently within the assigned territory. - Resourceful, adaptable, and results-oriented, with a passion for brand-building. - Knowledge of beverage industry trends, regulations, and product categories - Proficiency in using CRM software and reporting tools. - Willingness to work evenings and weekends for special events and promotions.
