Compensation: $31,200 (Hourly, Non-Exempt) + Commission & Bonus with potential earnings up to $75,000
Overview: As the Fitness Program Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in welcoming new members and guiding them through the onboarding process. This position focuses on engaging both new and existing members, assisting them in achieving their fitness goals through our diverse US Fitness Programs and Services.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver an exceptional fitness experience to every member consistently.
Conduct new member orientations, including pre-exercise biometrics and goal evaluations.
Create and oversee tailored exercise programs for a diverse clientele.
Introduce new members to our facilities and make meaningful connections to our training opportunities.
Transform Smart Start experiences into ongoing fitness sessions.
Drive personal training sales and achieve performance objectives.

Essential Duties:
Develop safe and effective exercise programs for members.
Maintain accurate records of member progress.
Assess leads using the Exercise Readiness Questionnaire and Member Profile.
Manage daily personal training sales leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
Conduct regular lead tracking and reporting per established procedures.
Maintain a roster of personal training clients.
Deliver personal training sessions that exceed US Fitness standards.
Participate in all Personal Training and Audit Meetings as required.
Be available for early morning, evening, and weekend shifts to accommodate member orientations and assessments.
Adhere to employee conduct and service standards.
Follow emergency, service, and program protocols in the club.
Complete all assigned in-house training.
Act as Manager on Duty as needed.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Proficient basic computer skills.
Qualifications:
Nationally recognized personal training certification from an accepted provider.
Current CPR/AED certification.
Engagement in ongoing professional development to maintain certification as specified by the Fitness Director.
