The Automotive Fleet & Commercial Sales Account Executive will be responsible for securing new commercial and fleet customers, manage existing accounts, build long-term relationships, and drive sales by understanding customer needs, providing solutions, and ensuring smooth vehicle delivery and support processes in order to grow and maintain the dealership’s commercial business.
Requirements: Previous experience preferred and personal account portfolio a plus!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Business Development:
Solicit and secure new fleet and commercial accounts to build a book of business.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers by providing excellent service.
Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate vehicle solutions.
Customer & Account Management:
Act as the primary contact for commercial and fleet customers.
Provide ongoing customer support to ensure satisfaction with the vehicle buying experience and post-purchase support.
Ensure accurate and timely delivery of vehicles and associated paperwork.
Product & Sales Expertise:
Maintain expertise in vehicle specifications and customization options for commercial use.
Understand manufacturer programs, incentives, and new products to benefit customers.
Assist with inventory management and forecasting to ensure the availability of suitable commercial vehicles.
Collaboration & Strategy:
Work with other dealership departments, such as new vehicle sales and finance, to support commercial business.
Develop and execute a sales strategy focused on growing commercial fleet sales.
Provide consultation on dealership commercial sales opportunities and revenue streams to the broader team.
