We are seeking a motivated Fleet Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our fleet sales operations, contributing to our mission of delivering outstanding customer experiences and fostering long-term relationships with businesses.
Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve fleet sales targets.

  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and local businesses.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with fleet customers.
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote fleet offerings.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle.
  • Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Train and mentor junior sales staff on best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in outside sales, particularly fleet vehicle environments.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales pipeline management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of automobile sales processes is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A passion for customer service and relationship building.
