With our promote-from-within philosophy, you'll have the chance to advance into a Floorcovering Operations Manager or Field Technician role after successfully completing an intensive 8-to-12-week training program. This position typically requires a commitment of 44 hours per week, which may include evenings and weekends. Upon completing the Floorcovering Management & Sales Training Program, candidates will be positioned for growth into roles such as Floorcovering Operations Manager or Floorcovering Field Technician in various locations across the United States. Throughout the program, you will collaborate with facility leadership, sales, and regional management to manage a multi-million-dollar business. You’ll provide valuable insights into the strategy and development of the facility. You will gain in-depth knowledge in facility operations, core products, installation techniques, customer service, and client development, understanding how you will contribute to the team's success. Your responsibilities will include partnering with and selling floorcovering materials to commercial clients, including major property management companies, builders, and renovation contractors. You will become skilled at engaging with individuals involved in procurement, community management, project management, maintenance, and property development.
