The Opportunity: Scale Our Go-to-Market Engine This is a career-defining opportunity to scale our commercial engine and shape a category-defining company. As our foundational sales leader, you will build upon our significant early traction, including active pilots at top law firms, to formalize and accelerate our sales motion. You will work as a direct strategic partner to our CEO—a former high-stakes litigator who understands the buyer intimately—to refine our GTM strategy and lead its execution. What You'll Do Formalize the Playbook: Partner with the CEO to formalize and scale our successful early sales motions into a repeatable playbook. Own the Full Sales Cycle: Independently manage the entire sales process from prospecting and managing inbound leads to negotiation, closing deals, and managing renewals. Own and Scale the Infrastructure: Own the selection, implementation, and management of our sales stack (CRM, etc.) to ensure a disciplined, data-driven approach to pipeline management and forecasting. Accelerate Revenue Growth: Execute a strategic plan to expand our customer base and consistently meet and exceed sales targets. Deliver Powerful Demos: Master the product and lead compelling, value-based demonstrations that are tailored to the specific workflows and pain points of litigators. Be the Voice of the Customer: Relay insights from your conversations to the product and engineering teams to help shape our product roadmap and maintain our competitive edge. Who You Are An Experienced B2B SaaS Seller: You have 3-5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a strong, demonstrable track record of closing complex, high-value deals and exceeding quota. An Early-Stage Builder: You have been an early commercial hire at a venture-backed startup (Seed to Series B). You thrive in a fast-paced environment where you are responsible for creating structure and process, not just operating within it. A Founder in Spirit: You possess a high degree of grit, ownership, and initiative.
