Your key responsibilities will include ensuring that Team Members and Shift Managers fulfill their assignments, overseeing inventory management, maintaining financial accountability, and delivering safe, high-quality food in a welcoming environment. Job Requirements and Essential Functions High School Diploma or GED required; College or University Degree preferred. 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility. Basic personal computer literacy is required; strong skills preferred. Preference for internal promotions from Shift Manager positions. Must be at least 18 years old. Must successfully pass background check criteria. Reliable transportation is a must. Basic business math and accounting skills, along with strong analytical and decision-making abilities. Ability to perform physical tasks, such as sweeping and mopping floors, dusting shelves, lifting and carrying trash containers, and cleaning outdoor areas. Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., and stooping during 80% of the shift. Pay range: $22.00 - $24.00
