Your day to day
We're focused on taking our sales performance to the next level, and we're looking for a Sales Director with proven success in boosting revenue and exceeding goals. Your expertise will play a key role in filling our guest rooms and conference spaces.
Each day brings something new, and here's what you'll spend most of your time doing:
Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue, market share, and RevPAR growth across assigned hotels.
Deliver measurable results, including increasing revenue by at least 3% year-over-year.
Actively respond to and manage RFPs, ensuring timely, accurate, and competitive submissions.
Prospect, solicit, and secure new group, association, and corporate business.
Maintain and expand existing accounts while identifying opportunities in new and emerging markets.
Lead, coach, and mentor property-level sales teams to ensure consistent performance and alignment with regional goals.
Conduct regular property visits, client meetings, and networking events to strengthen relationships and market presence.
Represent the portfolio at trade shows, industry conventions, and feeder market sales trips.
Monitor account activity, sales pipeline, and production reports to ensure accurate forecasting and accountability.
Collaborate with General Managers and property leaders to ensure guest satisfaction, brand compliance, and contract fulfillment.
Prepare and present annual business, sales, and marketing plans to ownership and senior leadership.
What we need from you
Minimum 5 years of progressive hotel sales leadership experience; multi-property or regional oversight strongly preferred.
Proven ability to achieve measurable revenue goals, including consistent year-over-year growth.
Demonstrated success in responding to RFPs and securing high-value business.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office; experience with CRM and hotel revenue management platforms preferred.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently within the region.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field (equivalent combination of education and directly related sales leadership experience will be considered).
