Role Description We are seeking a highly motivated Customs Clearance, Freight Forwarding & Fulfillment Sales Executive to join our logistics team. This is a full-time hybrid role for a Freight Forwarding & Fulfillment Sales Executive located in Elk Grove Village, IL. This role will focus on driving new business opportunities and growing revenue by promoting our customs clearance, freight forwarding and fulfillment solutions to domestic and international clients. The ideal candidate is sales-driven, customer-focused, and has proven experience in international logistics and supply chain solutions. Key Responsibilities Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients for freight forwarding and fulfillment services. Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with existing customers. Analyze client logistics needs and provide customized solutions, including ocean, air, and warehousing/fulfillment services. Prepare and deliver competitive proposals, quotations, and presentations. Negotiate pricing and service agreements to ensure mutual profitability. Collaborate with operations, warehouse, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies. Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular performance reports. Represent the company at industry events, and client meetings.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred. Minimum 2 years of sales experience in freight forwarding, fulfillment, or 3PL logistics. Strong knowledge of import/export processes, customs regulations, and international trade. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
