Freight Forwarding Senior Sales Executive Job Type: Full-time; Remote Responsibilities: Focus on developing new international airfreight and seafreight customers. Use the groups systems and tools to achieve quality targets and generate business opportunities. Develop quotes and proposals for current and prospective customers. Manage relationships with existing customers and grow sales. Maintain an updated sales pipeline report. Participate in weekly sales meetings with the Department or Station Manager. Collaborate with the Sales team to set activity, opportunity, and revenue goals. Attend regular training sessions to enhance product, service, and market knowledge. Work independently with focus and dedication to achieve success. Meet or exceed sales goals each quarter. Create Prospecting Action Plans monthly. Set weekly goals for prospecting and sales activities. Consistently receive positive feedback from clients and partners. Contribute to a positive work environment with excellent performance. Experience: Bachelor's degree preferred. 3-5 years of experience in international logistics sales required. Multilingual skills are a plus but not necessary. Strong customer service and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel. Ability to learn quickly and work efficiently to meet productivity goals. Good organizational skills to coordinate with multiple departments and follow up with clients and prospects. CRM proficiency is a plus. Some travel may be required.
