We’re seeking a driven Freight Sales Agent to grow and manage a strong customer base in the logistics industry. This work can be done on the brokerage side , where you focus on bringing in new sales accounts, or on the asset side , where you ensure exceptional service from first contact through delivery. What You’ll Do Develop and expand a portfolio of customers across targeted lanes, markets, and commodities. Identify prospects, pitch tailored freight solutions, and close business. Negotiate competitive rates and terms with customers and carriers. Deliver consistent, high-level customer service and resolve issues quickly. Optionally: Manage the full sales cycle—acquisition, service, and retention. What We’re Looking For 2+ years of proven success in logistics and freight sales. Experience brokering FTL, LTL, dry, temperature-control, hazmat, or over-dimensional freight. Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Active, transferable portfolio of customers (preferred).
