Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team at our Maple Grove studio (other studios Chanhassen, Eden Prairie, Edina, Minneapolis, and Plymouth.  The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.   

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting guests with inquiries and requests
- Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Process payments using Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist management with new membership sales

Requirements:

- Experience customer service

- Book stretches for clients
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for transactions
- Excellent communication skills to effectively sell products and interact with guests
- Proficient in time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to $18.00 per hour

Shift:

• Day shift
• Evening shift (closing at 7:00 pm)
• Morning shift (beginning at 8:00 am)
• No Sundays/Saturdays done by 2:00
