WHAT YOU WILL DO: As front desk sales associate you'll be the heart of creating unforgettable guest experiences while helping to drive the salon's success. In this role you will:
Grow membership and retail sales by confidently presenting our services and building guest loyalty
Deliver a warm and personalized luxury experience to every guest
Manage appointments in person and over the phone with professionalism and accuracy
Support daily operations including guest leads, guest follow ups, and guest confirmations
Maintain a polished and welcoming salon environment that reflects our high brand standards
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We want a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced, guest focused environment. The ideal candidate will bring:
1+ years of customer service or retail sales experience with proven results
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work evenings and some weekends
Experience with MindBody Software is a plus
Bachelor's degree required or active college enrollment preferred

Monday: 4:00pm -8:00 pm (close)
Tuesday: 4:00pm -8:00 pm (close)
Thursday: 4:00pm -8:00 pm (close)
Sunday: 11:30am-5:00pm (close)
