As a key member of our auto sales team, you’ll:

• Welcome and engage every customer like they’re family

• Assess customer needs and pair them with the right vehicle

• Deliver standout walk-arounds and test-drive experiences

• Present financing, lease, and purchase options clearly and professionally

• Close deals with integrity and efficiency

• Maintain CRM notes, follow-up with leads, and nurture past client relationships

• Stay sharp on new model features, incentives, and competitive market trends

• Top-tier pay plan with base + commission + bonuses

• Monday–Saturday full-time schedule (closed Sundays)

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience (required)

• History of success in sales

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Organized, goal-oriented, and self-motivated

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• $50,000 - $100,000+

• Salary + Bonus and Commission 
  • Total Compensation is contingent upon several factors including years of experience, performance, etc.
