American Welding and Gas, Inc. ("AWG") has an immediate opportunity for a Class A CDL Driver in Orlando, FL. This position requires a Class A CDL with HazMat ,Tanker & Airbrakes endorsements.

Company cell phone Employer paid CDL license renewal fees including endorsements and medical card Duties: This position has the responsibility of loading, unloading, moving and storage of gas and liquid cylinders and other hard good supplies; making deliveries to customers or other branches and filling out delivery tickets completely and accurately. Read, understand and follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) Comply with all DOT+OSHA Regulations Moves, loads, and unloads empty/full cylinders safely and efficiently Ensures appropriate preparation and/or completion and accuracy of paperwork including but not limited to shipping papers and delivery tickets Maintains cleanliness of vehicle Performs other duties as assigned Physical requirements: Lifting, bending, twisting, climbing, crouching, kneeling Driving vehicle Repetitive movement Operating motorized equipment Sitting; standing; walking Working indoor/outdoor as business needs Working at increased noise levels Safety hazards Qualifications: High School graduate or equivalent Class A CDL Required with Hazmat, Tanker & Airbrake endorsements or the ability to obtain within 30 days of employment. Clean driving record Able to read and write English Able to move compressed gas and liquid cylinders; Lift 50-75 pounds frequently and maneuver 100+ pound cylinders (rolling, using a cart, etc.) Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, DOT physical, Back Assessment and company administered road test Ability to communicate with customers Drug Free work environment.
