Key Responsibilities of the Full Time Sales Support Representative
Provide administrative and logistical support to the field sales team, aiding daily operations and optimizing customer engagement.
Equip sales representatives with necessary sales collateral, marketing materials, and demonstration tools for customer engagements and community events.
Maintain accurate customer and sales data in the CRM, including activations, upgrades, and notes.
Generate key sales reports and performance summaries for management, tracking metrics like leads, sign-ups, and territory performance.
Process new customer orders and service agreements accurately and promptly, ensuring complete and compliant documentation.
Effectively communicate between sales and internal departments to streamline communication and resolve customer issues.
Coordinate logistics for local promotional events, community outreach, and team meetings, including materials, venues, and communications.
Manage the inventory of sales supplies and Frontier-branded promotional items, ensuring sales representatives always have the necessary resources in stock.
Serve as a central point of contact for sales representatives regarding operational questions, system navigation, or assistance during field activities.
Conduct preliminary checks on customer eligibility or service availability using internal tools to support sales representatives during the acquisition process.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales support processes, proactively identifying bottlenecks and suggesting solutions to enhance efficiency.
