We’re looking for motivated sales professionals ready to grow their careers in Full-Cycle Field Sales Executive As an Account Executive, you’ll run the full sales cycle — prospecting, client discovery, product demos, closing, and account management — all with the mentorship and support of your manager and peers. What You’ll Do Territory Ownership: Manage your own book of business within PDX markets
B-Time (Office): Start and end your day in-office to cold call, research prospects, and handle admin.
A-Time (Field): Spend time during business hours face-to-face with clients — we value relationship selling.
Full-Cycle Sales: From cold call to close, including needs analysis, product demos, and long-term account retention.
Training & Mentorship: A 100-day onboarding program teaching the 5 steps of sales, ride-alongs, and coaching from leadership.
Closing Fridays: The last Friday of each month, rally with your team to wrap up deals before final numbers are due.
Compensation & Career Growth Estimated earning potential in your first 3 years ranges from $100,000 to $250,000 annually, with opportunities to earn even more based on performance. We start you on a non-recoverable draw until you’re comfortable and confident earning more through commission
Bonuses: Monthly, quarterly, and manufacturer cash incentives.
