Ensure exceptional guest experiences in the restaurant. Manage staffing by sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and recognizing top talent. Provide effective training and development for team members while ensuring accountability for performance. Create and manage work schedules to optimize sales and control labor costs. Oversee shift assignments and communicate expectations clearly. Maintain high standards for service, product quality, and cleanliness. Foster a positive work culture and high team morale through guidance and leadership. Drive profitability by focusing on sales growth, cost management, and operational excellence. Build community relationships to enhance sales and guest satisfaction. Maintain compliance with all relevant guidelines and regulations. Develop action plans based on performance metrics to enhance efficiency and guest experience. Address guest and team member concerns promptly and respectfully. Ensure that safety guidelines are followed at all times. Qualifications: Must be 21 years or older. Valid driver's license with reliable transportation is required. Open availability with the ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 48 hours weekly. Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays is essential. Background check and motor vehicle report approval required. Demonstrated leadership, organizational skills, and effective interpersonal communication. Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred. 3-5 years of management experience required; restaurant management experience preferred. Physical Requirements: Ability to sit, stand, and walk continuously. Occasional stooping, bending, or climbing. Frequently lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds. Proficient use of hands and wrists. Effective communication through speech, reading, and writing. Continuous observation of surroundings for safety. Ability to work in varying temperature conditions and environments. Safe operation of restaurant equipment.
